Creating A Data-Driven Team Coaching Road Map: Using diagnostic and interview data to create impact with teams

In the first part of this exciting session the global CoachME Team will share the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of gathering data on teams and boards to enable a needs-driven road map to be created. The two data tools that will be shared are interviews with the team, executive sponsor and other stakeholders, as well as the TAP360 ‘Team Advance Profile’ which is a tool that gathers data 360 on the team, as a team, at team level, from up to 300 raters including external stakeholders.

We will enable you to understand the importance of really clarifying the strengths and pressure points of a team in terms of impact/performance/decision-making, skills, knowledge, behaviours, the way they reflect together, ‘listening’ to the needs of the wider system, capturing learning and coping with setbacks, to name but a few important areas.

In the second part of the session you will be invited to work as a group in breakout rooms to create a team coaching road map from the data shared, working generatively with collages and the CoachME Team. We will provide breakouts in English, Urdu, Portuguese, Farsi, Arabic, Hebrew, French, German, Lithuanian and Russian!!!
In the third part of the session each breakout group will share, high level, their roadmap and rationale through Miro.

This will for sure be a unique and impactful session where we will all learn together!
